Bongo International provides our customers with their very own US address. Once you have a US address, you will be able to make purchases with us as well as other US based online retailers. Bongo receives your purchases and logs them into their online system which you can use to view your items and consolidate them with multiple orders.

Back at lifeslittlefavors.com, proceed to checkout and enter the Bongo address as both your BILLING and SHIPPING address. Use the credit card that you have on file with Bongo as the payment method (REQUIRED).

Once completed, Bongo will give you instructions on how to provide final verification of your account and will communicate with you directly on forwarding the package to your home country once it arrives.

Will the items in my order ship together or separately?

Life’s Little Favors works with a wide variety of vendors and carries inventory in several warehouses across the country. Therefore, depending on your order, you may receive items separately and not necessarily on the same day.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number.

If your order is shipped via UPS, you can check the status of your order at www.ups.com or by calling 1-800-pick-ups.

If your order is shipped via USPS, you can find out the status of your order at www.usps.com or 1-800-222-1811.

What if I discover that I entered my address incorrectly after the order has already been shipped?

Although we cannot guarantee to correct a wrong address in time, we will try our absolute best to have the carrier intercept the package. If they are able to do so, the shipping information will be changed to the correct location. There is a charge for the carrier to intercept a package. These fees will be passed on to the customer, unless the error was made by Life’s Little Favors.

How do you ship items that can melt?

For products that can melt, including edible items and candles, please select expedited shipping (Next day air during warm months and 2nd day air during cooler months)  when choosing your shipping options to avoid the risk of melting. Life’s Little Favors does not assume any risk or responsibility for melted items.
