Returns What is your refund and exchange policy? U.S. and Canada Orders Life’s Little Favors is dedicated to providing only the highest quality items for our customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us within 72 hours of receipt of delivery. We will be happy to exchange the item or refund the purchase price (excluding personalized items, edible items, and items manufactured by Cathy’s Concepts) as long as the item is in its original condition and packaging. Please note that Life’s Little Favors is not responsible for any costs of return shipment. We are also not responsible for returned shipments that are lost, so please choose a shipper that provides a tracking number. Any items that are returned without the approval of Life’s Little Favors will not be refunded or returned to the customer. Orders that received free shipping will be credited the total amount minus our costs incurred to ship the order originally. International Orders Due to shipping and other circumstances, all sales are final on international orders. Can I return personalized or edible orders? Personalized and edible orders are non-returnable and non-refundable. Please double-check your order when purchasing personalized items. Life’s Little Favors is not responsible for orders entered incorrectly by the customer. Personalized products will only be returned if the error is on behalf of Life’s Little Favors or the item was damaged in the process of shipping. What do I do with damaged or defective items in my order? You must notify Life’s Little Favors within 2 business days of receiving damaged or defective items. Our policy is to address each case individually and determine how/if we will send out a replacement at no charge. We will only replace damaged items with the exact same product style number from the original order. Personalized products cannot be replaced unless the item has been misprinted with an error on our behalf or has been damaged in shipping.
