How soon will you ship my order?

When ordering, please take into account processing time PLUS shipping time.

Processing: 2-4 business days for non-personalized items (excluding holidays and weekends); 4-7 business days for personalized items (excluding holidays and weekends). If you are in a rush, please contact us immediately at info@lifeslittlefavors.com and indicate the item you are interested in and the date you need it by. We will contact you back asap to let you know if we can deliver by your due date (rush fees may apply in certain cases). 

Shipping: 2-4 business days (excluding holidays and weekends) - upgraded shipping is available for an additional cost

Please note: International orders will require additional shipping time.

Will I receive an email confirmation for my order?

Yes. Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details. Additionally, you will receive and email confirmation containing a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Please note: Depending on your order, you may receive your items in separate shipments and they may not necessarily arrive on the same day.

Can I change or cancel my order after it was placed?

You can change or cancel your order after it was placed as long as the order has not been processed yet. Cancellation fees may apply. Please contact us as soon as possible with your specific request.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Life’s Little Favors accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and PayPal for payment of purchases. We will also accept check or money orders, but please note that your order will not be processed until payment is received.

Will I be charged sales tax?

Only orders shipped within the state of North Carolina will be charged tax (6.75%).

Do you have minimum order restrictions?

Most of our products do not require minimum order restrictions. However, please refer to our product information pages for any rare exceptions.
